About this policy

Petal Lasso is a game published by Black Light Logic LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy covers Petal Lasso for Android on Google Play: the free version, which shows ads, and the paid, ad-free version.

Free version

Shows occasional ads, with an optional “Remove Ads” purchase.

Information we collect

None. Petal Lasso doesn't send any personal information to Black Light Logic, and we have no way to see your gameplay, scores or device.

Information stored on your device

Your scores, unlocks and settings are saved only on your device, in the game's private storage, which other apps can't read. They are never sent to us. If Android's backup is turned on, this file may be included in your Google account backup, which Google manages under its own privacy policy.

Advertising (free version only)

The free version shows occasional full-screen ads between rounds, provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, limit how often you see them, and prevent fraud, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

• device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID and app set ID;
• your IP address, which gives an approximate location;
• basic information about your device, and how ads are viewed and tapped;
• crash logs and diagnostics from the ad service.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Options. On any Android device you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads).

The paid version contains no advertising code at all. In the free version, buying “Remove Ads” stops the game from loading ads.

Purchases

The optional “Remove Ads” purchase, and buying the paid version, are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. Google tells the game only whether “Remove Ads” was bought, so it can turn ads off and restore the purchase on your other devices.

How information is protected

Because we don't collect your information, none of it is stored on our systems. Your game progress stays in the game's private storage on your device. Information that Google's advertising and Play services send from the game is encrypted in transit.

Data retention and deletion

• On your device: your progress stays until you choose Settings → Reset Progress, clear the game's data in Android settings, or uninstall the game.
• With us: we hold no information about you, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you.
• With Google: advertising and purchase information is kept and deleted by Google under its own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings.

Children

Petal Lasso is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date.
